The new edition of Arte Fiera in Bologna kicks off tomorrow. Here's what you don't want to miss!

Kicking off tomorrow, Feb. 2, is the new edition of Arte Fiera in Bologna in pavilions 25 and 26 of BolognaFiere that will end Feb. 5.
A preview was held today at 11 a.m. with invitation-only vernissage from 5 to 9 p.m.

The POLIS project, subdivided into Artworks, Cinema, Special Projects: Performing the gallery and BBQ, will include installations in different spaces in the city, a film review visible at the fair and at MAMbo, performances and an independent art section with exhibitions, performances and openings.

In addition, the ART CITY Bologna project, now in its sixth edition, will bring to life exhibitions and events promoted by the City of Bologna that will follow the thread of monographic projects proposed by a curator set up in unusual places, generally not accessible to the public. On Saturday, Feb. 3, the city of Bologna will be invaded byArt City White Night: initiatives for a white night dedicated to art.

You can also take part in the #iloveartefiera2018 contest: simply take a photo at the fair or in the city during the event and, using the new Arte Fiera App, upload your favorite image. Images, with a comment of no more than 140 characters, should include the hashtag #iloveartefiera2018. You can participate in the contest from Thursday, February 1, 2018 to February 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.From all photos posted by 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2018, the Artistic Direction will select the most representative one that will be awarded with a two-night stay for two people at Palazzo di Varignana, a prestigious property in the hills of Bologna.
The announcement of the winner will be announced on the website artefiera.it on Monday, February 12, 2018.
