Former Minister of Cultural Heritage Alberto Bonisoli has been appointed as the new president of Formez PA, the service, assistance, study and training center for the modernization of P.A, the in-house association of the Presidency of the Council -Department of Public Function and associated administrations (Abruzzo Region, Basilicata Region, Calabria Region, Campania Region, Lombardy Region, Molise Region, Apulia Region, Autonomous Region of Sardinia, Sicilian Region, Municipality of Pescara, Municipality of Rome, Autonomous Province of Bolzano-Alto Adige, Agency for Territorial Cohesion, Digital Italy Agency, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea).

The institute deals with the modernization of public administration and the promotion of innovation, managing projects in the areas of implementing reforms, promoting innovation, strengthening administrative capacity, selection and access to the public sector through competitions.

Bonisoli received the appointment during the Formez shareholders’ meeting held yesterday, Wednesday, Dec. 18. At the same meeting, Martina Perotti joined the board of directors. The entity thus sees the ordinary administrative bodies reconstituted, with a composition where women are in the majority (three out of five members), coming out of the five-year period of commissarial management.
