This is the product created by young Sicilian designer Antonino Tuccio, who came from theAcademy of Fine Arts in Bologna, for the Mantua-based start-up About Socks srl(www.aboutsocks.it), a company dedicated to the production of luxury socks with high-quality Italian yarns. About Socks invited several young creatives to propose innovative designs to the company: the best proposal turned out to be Tuccio’s, so his braille sock will soon go into production and will be presented at fashion fairs around the world (first stop, Pitti Filati in Florence) thanks also to the collaboration with the company Filmar, which will supply the yarns for the realization.
