Finestre Sull’Arte launches its new print magazine: a 168-page quarterly, in an elegant paperback and glossy paper format for a product to leaf through with pleasure and to collect. Not least because the content will be of the highest standard: in-depth features and reviews written by a specially selected staff of journalists and art historians, with a wealth of iconography and bibliographic suggestions.
In each of the four issues to come out each year, Finestre Sull’Arte will devote pages to the most famous works by the great masters of the past and present, take the public on a tour of the halls of the best-known museums and collections, and take readers on a discovery of the small museums all over Italy that guard precious heritages. There will also be space for the most interesting new developments in contemporary art, a selection of must-see events, reviews of the most high-profile exhibitions, and in-depth coverage of current events and cultural policies, not to mention the voices of the most influential figures in the field such as museum directors, art historians, archaeologists, critics, and curators.
The cost is really low: four issues (totaling almost 700 pages) for only 29.90 euros a year. The Finestre Sull’Arte magazine is not on newsstands: to get more information and to find out how to subscribe (note: you can subscribe only until February 15) just click on this link. In the coming days we will publish a preview of some of the articles you will find in the first issue.
