The works of the Ixelles Museum... in your home

The Ixelles Museum in Brussels will be closed for renovations and expansion until 2021, but thanks to the"10 of our artworks to our neighbors!" initiative, its collections will be equally visible... in the homes of neighbors.

During two weekends a year, ten works will leave the museum to be displayed in the homes of citizens located nearby.
On Saturdays, the work will be visible only to the members of the family who will adopt a work chosen from among many masterpieces in the collection for a weekend, while on Sundays it will be visible to the entire neighborhood, as the family will have to open the doors of their homes to make the work usable.

The next event is for December 8 and 9, 2018.
