The Farnesina Collection will be featured in a brand new boxed game

Created in 1995 by Lucca Comics & Games and organized since 2003 in collaboration with board game publisher dV Giochi, the Unpublished Game - Best Game Proposal is the international contest aimed at emerging game designers that has been an important occasion in this field for twenty-six years. This year the contest will be held in close collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, promoting the Farnesina Collection, a heritage to be known that is very significant for Italian contemporary art.

In fact, in this 2021 edition, the authors of the games will have to be inspired by Italian contemporary art, and the winning board game will become a tool for knowledge and insight into the Farnesina Collection.

After the publication of the announcement and the presentation of the prototypes, the jury will select best games received; they will be presented to the public and then the winner will be announced. The first place winner will then be awarded with the publication of the boxed game. Lucca Comics & Games and dV Giochi will produce the box game and preview it during the Tuscan kermesse, which will take place in late October.
