In Bologna, at Palazzo Bentivoglio, 2020 Vestimenti, the solo exhibition of Sissi (Bologna, 1977), is on until April 19, but currently closed in compliance with the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8. On display was a wide selection of dress-sculptures made by the artist: real sculptures, sometimes wearable, created with the different materials.
To react in a positive and creative way, Palazzo Bentivoglio’s Instagram profile temporarily becomes an online exhibition space, and Sissi’s exhibition is transformed into a daily diary that the artist will make from her home to “dress the passing time.”
Each day, until April 19, an unpublished work by the artist will be presented.
