Play and learn with Legos on the ancient banks of the Nile: Immaculate Conception Bridge at the Egyptian Museum of Turin


An initiative for families with children is scheduled for Dec. 8, 9 and 10 at the Egyptian Museum in Turin.

In collaboration with Bricks4Kidz, from today, Dec. 8 through Sunday, Dec. 10, the Egyptian Museum in Turin is offering"Play and Learn with Legos on the Ancient Banks of the Nile."

Following a visit to the museum, families with young participants will be able to learn by becoming, building simple models, some motorized, that reproduce gods, animals and objects from daily life in Egyptian civilization.

A way to bring science and related disciplines closer to the museum setting.

Models with different difficulties for various manual abilities will be made available.
The initiative is aimed at families with children ages 4 to 12, and the target times are for Dec. 8 and 9 at 10:10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:40 p.m., 3:10 p.m., 4:40 p.m., and for Dec. 10 at 10:10 a.m., 1:40 p.m. and 3:10 p.m.
There are 90 minutes for the guided tour and 60 minutes for the workshop.
Price: 13 euros (entrance fee not included).

Also on Dec. 8 and 9, the Egyptian Museum of Turin will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
