Pistoia Musei Foundation launches a public notice for the selection of a new scientific director. Applications can be submitted until noon on September 25, 2020, by certified mail to pistoiaeventiculturali@hssecure.com, or by registered mail.
It is necessary to meet certain requirements: to have held management positions, for at least three years, at museums and/or similar cultural institutions, public or private, or at entities owned and/or controlled by public entities, or in equivalent cultural institutions, in Italy or abroad, whose managerial and organizational complexity is similar or at least not less than that of museums.
The employment relationship will be in the nature of a self-employment relationship and will last for three years.

Fondazione Pistoia Musei is a museum system located in the historic center of Pistoia, promoted by Fondazione Caript and managed by Pistoia Eventi Culturali scrl. The center is divided into four separate but neighboring venues, each with specific peculiarities, and aims to tell the story of the city from its origins to the artistic events of the 20th century, with an international, wide-ranging exhibition program with a focus onmodern and contemporary art.
It currently consists of three venues: theAntico Palazzo dei Vescovi, Palazzo de’ Rossi, the permanent home of the Fondazione Caript Collection, and Palazzo Buontalenti, an exhibition venue dedicated to temporary exhibitions.
