On the days of the Easter holidays, state museums, galleries, archaeological areas and parks will be open to the public to allow everyone to enjoy Italy’s artistic, museum, landscape and cultural beauties and to spend Easter and Easter Monday under the banner of art and culture. This was announced by the Ministry of Culture.

“Gone is the era when at Easter and Easter Monday Italian citizens and tourists found museums closed. This year, as in 2023, on the part of the Ministry of Culture there is maximum commitment to ensure the opening of the state’s cultural sites even on Easter holidays,” said Minister Sangiuliano. “Our museums as well as archaeological parks are central places in the identity geography of Italy, and culture is one of the factors that clearly integrates the quality of life of citizens. In addition to being an attraction for the many tourists who have decided to spend the Easter holidays with us. Therefore, I invite everyone to seize this opportunity by visiting the huge reservoir of art represented by the nation’s cultural heritage.”
