By the end of 2018, the Duomo of Milan will be fully illuminated even at night.
Until now, the interior lighting, that of the Madonnina, the façade and the stained glass windows, had been taken care of; now the"Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo," which has been in charge of the cathedral’s construction and maintenance since the 14th century, will begin to take care of thelighting around the Duomo, the roofs and the spires: 196 Led projectors will be added to those already installed, for a total expenditure of more than one million euros.
For this project, the Veneranda Fabbrica has entered into a collaboration agreement with A2A and the Municipality of Milan.
