Ripam-Formez PA has published the results of the pre-selection tests of the competition for 1,052 enjoyment, reception and supervision assistants of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. Candidates who go on to the “next round” (the written test) are identified in alphabetical order. A total of 5,366 would-be fruition assistants have passed the pre-selections (out of the 209,729 who had applied, but it is estimated that the pre-selection participants were less than half): thus, one in five will get the position at the ministry. Ripam-Formez specifies, however, that the list is provisional.

In order to pass the pre-selections, the ministry has set a minimum entry threshold of 45.68 points. The list of those admitted to the subsequent tests is available on the Ripam-Formez website.

Now, the candidates are expected to take the written selective test with multiple-choice questions: the topics will be the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape, general notions on Italian cultural heritage, elements of organization, order and competencies of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, elements of administrative law, regulations on health and safety in the workplace, discipline of the employment relationship with the public administration, knowledge of English, information and communication technologies and the Code of Digital Administration. Those who pass this additional round will only have to pass the final hurdle, the oral test, to secure a permanent position at MiBACT.
