The service rendered by the association, the notice says, “has as its object the management - in the days and time slots designated for the performance of the activities referred to in this procedure - of the permanent exhibition areas located within the Le Castella Fortress.” The service includes “hostess and steward service” aimed at “a set (illustrative and not exhaustive) of support activities such as reception, assistance and welcoming of participants, entry and exit registration of visitors, possible distribution of information and/or advertising material, secretary, reception, information.” And again, “support service for the supervision, custody and garrisoning of the Fortress and possibly of the works exhibited during the initiatives promoted by the Administration, with appropriate personnel also placed near the accesses that ensure that no unknown or unauthorized person enters the complex.” The entrustee will then be able to carry out initiatives “of artistic and cultural quality and aimed at the maximum enhancement of the site, consistent with the requirements of preservation and historical-artistic protection,” with the condition of reinvesting any proceeds in the activities carried out by the Polo Museale della Calabria.
