Greta Thunberg visits the Royal Museums of Turin

Young Swedish activist Greta Thunberg visited the Royal Museums of Turin yesterday. The creator of Skolstrejk för klimatet was in the Piedmontese capital to participate in another one of the Fridays for Future (the 50th held in the city) and, for the occasion, she also visited the Museums.

Her tour began at the Chapel of the Shroud, a Baroque masterpiece by Guarino Guarini reopened last year after a very long period of restoration, and then continued to the Ballroom of the Royal Palace. Here, Thunberg lingered for several minutes, admiring the magnificence of the room, and listening to music coming from the Steinway Spirio grand piano, which automatically plays pieces performed by internationally renowned artists. The visit ended in the Dining Hall.
