From Jan. 1, 2020, new ticketing for the Colosseum Archaeological Park will be introduced

FromJanuary 1, 2020, new ticketing for the Colosseum Archaeological Park will be introduced.

At a cost of 16 euros (reduced 2 euros) it will be possible to purchase a ticket, valid for one day, which will allow one access to the Colosseum and one access to thearchaeological area of the Roman Forum-Palatine and Imperial Forums, including current exhibitions.



Two other special tickets will also be available: the Forum Pass Super and the Full Experience.

The Forum Pass Super, valid for one day and purchasable at a cost of 16 euros (reduced 2 euros), will make possible one-time access to the archaeological area of the Roman Forum, Imperial Forums and Palatine, including current exhibitions, and, up to maximum capacity, to the special SUPER sites. The latter are the Palatine Museum and the Neronian Cryptporticus, the House of Augustus, the House of Livia and the Aula Isiaca Loggia Mattei, Santa Maria Antiqua, the Oratory of the 40 Martyrs, the Domitian Ramp and the Temple of Romulus, and the Domus Transitoria. MIC Card holders will be entitled to free admission to the Imperial Forum area only.

With the Full Experience you will be entitled, at a cost of 22 euros (reduced 2 euros), to visit within two consecutive days the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, the Palatine, the Super Sites, and the Colosseum including Arena or Underground; it will allow only one access to the Colosseum and only one access to the archaeological area of the Forums and Palatine, including current exhibitions.

The reduced ticket is reserved for EU citizens between 18 and 25 years of age, upon presentation of ID.
