This summer 2018’s initiative in the regional Masserie is an opportunity to attract tourists and stimulate incoming tourism, but also a strategy that as a region we support to enhance the activity of our producers and promote the consumption of zero-kilometer products and certified by the Puglia quality brand. Educational farms are garrisons of ancient traditions and living museums of our rural civilization, intact places where harvesting, production or breeding techniques are handed down from father to son. Places where food education is promoted and rural culture is recovered.”
