Colombian painter and sculptor Fernando Botero has died in Monaco, where he had lived for some time. He was 91 years old and had recently contracted a form of pneumonia. He was known for his works with ’expansive’ forms(more on why his figures were ’fat’here ). In Italy he worked for many years in Pietrasanta.
