The unprecedented initiatives dedicated to children at the Miramare Museum and Park

The Miramare Museum and Park thinks of the little ones and launches brand new initiatives dedicated to children.

Joining the #iorestoacasa social campaign is also the Miramare Museum and Park, and it has done so with some unprecedented initiatives: among them, the museum is offering a friendly long-distance conversation with the youngest children. On its social channels and website an initiative aimed at children has been promoted for a few days: they are invited to send to the e-mail address comunicazione.miramare@beniculturali.it their idea of Miramare depicted in colorful drawings. The children’s artwork will all be published and promoted on the museum’s institutional channels. More ideas dedicated to the little ones are also on the way.

Through the hashtags #laculturanonsiferma, #iorestoacasa, #lItaliachiamò and #ioleggoacasa, the Historical Museum and Park of Miramare Castle are spreading many new digital contributions on the web to tell their stories and allow the public to learn about their cultural heritage virtually, as well as to continue the educational activities of the museum institution.

As part of a landscape and local context with which it strongly identifies, Miramare has chosen to keep alive the link with the territory, asking for hospitality to the most important local newspaper, Il Piccolo, which has generously granted to publish, in pages dedicated to culture, new articles to learn about some lesser-known aspects of the Museum and Park.

The Miramare Museum’s social channels Facebook, Instagram and twitter are also actively continuing to share new content and updates on proposed activities.

With the collaboration of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, short films have been made in which the director of Miramare, Andreina Contessa, elaborates on some topics about the Museum and Park, which can be viewed on the official website of the museum site in the Media section.
