Palazzo Strozzi gives children and families a kit to play with art

As part of the In Contatto project, the Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi is offering L’Arte in casa, a series of initiatives dedicated to children, teens and families to be carried out at home using easy-to-find materials. The intent is to actively engage the public through activities and projects related to the works of art on display at the Florentine museum venue.

Palazzo Strozzi exhibitions are always accompanied by a Family Kit to share the experience of visiting the exhibition in a creative and fun way: also on the occasion of the exhibition Tomás Saraceno. Aria an activity kit has been created and can be downloaded from the Palazzo Strozzi website to entertain children and adults together. The kit contains five proposals, to be tried one after the other or even one per day.

In addition, four activities have been designed for schools, for students and teachers: a tool aimed at teachers of all school grades that proposes experiences inspired by a reflection on the future and the concept of coexistence.
