On Nov. 30, Parma's Complesso della Pilotta will host a dance and art performance, a tribute to Frida Kahlo

On Nov. 30, Teatro alla Scala prima ballerina Antonella Albano will perform in Parma’s Pilotta Complex, specifically in the Teatro Farnese, the Petitot Gallery of the Palatina Library and the 19th-century halls of the National Gallery, in a combination of dance, art and poetry in the name of Frida Kahlo. A choreographic project conceived by the dancer herself, who will dance to the notes of a piece specially composed by Piero Salvatori and to the voice of Paolo Rossini who will recite verses by the Mexican painter, entitled Ti meriti un amore.

A video clip, produced and directed by Filippo Chiesa and made in collaboration with the Complesso della Pilotta, will document the performance, which will be held behind closed doors following restrictions due to the health emergency.
