Auctions March 24-30: art, wines, carpets and jewelry

Here we are again with our column devoted to auctions. Let’s look together at those scheduled for March 24-30.

Pananti has scheduled the timed auction Italian and European Silvers from March 26 to April 7 and the timed auction Smart Wine & Spirits from March 29 to April 6.

Wannenes is holding the online auction Antique Rugs and Textiles through March 30, where rugs, bonnets and even kimonos can be found.

Cambi will hold the following auctions: today there is Design 200, on March 25 and 26 there is Collectible and Investment Wines and Spirits, from March 25 to April 9 there is Silver, and from March 25 to April 20 there is Maritime Art.

At Finarte we find Wines and Spirits from Private Collections on March 25, Wines and Spirits from Important International Merchants on March 26 and Books, Autographs and Prints/Part I on March 30.

There are three auctions scheduled by Pananti for March 26: Silver and Jewelry I, Antiques, 19th and 20th Century Authors - II and MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ART - III.

Today Bertolami is holding the Jewelry, Watches, Silver, Antique Ivories, Icons and Other Art and Collectibles auction, while on March 27 and 28 he will hold the Modern Italian and Foreign Coins and Medals auction.

There are many auctions at Christie’s: today there are Dessins anciens et du XIXe siècle, Exceptional Figures. Dessins anciens provenant d’une collection privée and Impressionist Day and Modern Art and Sale of Works on Paper; tomorrow there is Postwar and Contemporary Art Sales; on March 27 there will be Finest and Rarest Wines and Spirits with a Superlative Private Collection; and on March 30 there are De Caillebotte à Calder: Itinéraire d’une passion and The Collection of Mrs. Henry Ford II: Palm Beach.

At Sothesby ’s there are the auctions Modern Renaissance: a Cross Sale and Art Impressionniste et Moderne both scheduled for March 25, through March 26 are Sale of Modern and Impressionist Art with Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso and Contemporary Art Day Auction, while through March 29 there is Scarce Air.
