In August, many auction houses close for vacations. Here’s what we were able to find for the week of Aug. 2-8.

Cambi opens its Photography auctions from Aug. 3 to Sept. 1 and 19th and 20th century works from Aug. 4 to Sept. 5.

Aug. 2 is the last day of 20th Century Design and Decorative Arts, the auction organized by Capitolium Art.

Through Aug. 30, Bolli & Romiti is holding the Rewind and More XII auction selling clothing, sculpture, and lamps, among other things.

Three auctions at Christie’s: Aug. 3 to 16 is Inside Job: Christie’s New York Staff Art Show; Aug. 7 to 17 is Jewels Online: Summer Sparkle; and Aug. 8 to 18 is Tales of the City: New York Prints and Photographs of the Early 20th Century.

We highlight two auctions at Sotheby’s: through Aug. 5 is ArtCrush 2023: Art Auction to Benefit the Aspen Art Museum; through Aug. 8 is Inkspiration: Chinese Paintings Online.
