Ministry, two competitions for museums, archives and libraries coming up: 150 positions in all

The Inter-Ministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Culture, Dario Franceschini, and the Minister for Public Administration, Renato Brunetta, has been published, announcing the specifications of the open competition that will recruit into the ranks of the MiC 100 permanent non-managerial staff units in the role of “Fruition Assistant, Reception and Supervision” (second functional area, economic position F2) and 50 permanent non-managerial staff units in the profile of “Custody, Supervision and Reception Operator” (second functional area, economic position F1). To be precise, in the first case it is an open competition, in the second case a selective procedure. The MiC will make use of the Commission for the Implementation of the Redevelopment Project for Public Administrations (RIPAM) for the procedures, which in turn will make use of the staff made available by Formez PA.

For both procedures, announcement and selection notice will be announced soon. For the conduct of the 100-seat competition, it is planned to hold examination tests that will consist of a written and a possible oral (the subjects will be indicated in the notice). Also planned is a stage for the evaluation of legally recognized qualifications, which may contribute to the formation of the final score. As for the 50-seat procedure, on the other hand, workers are numerically initiated to the selection according to the order of the rankings resulting from the employment lists of the territorially competent districts. Provision is made for the holding of suitability tests.
