The graphic exhibition aims to represent the fascination that “the magic” of the Colosseum has always exerted on Gerhard Gutruf, through a selection of works created in different techniques and formats but united by the same spirit, an expression of the absolutely original interpretative key of the painter, heir to classical iconographic thought and an intimately and culturally “European” artist.

The exhibition is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (ticket office closes one hour earlier). Integrated ticket Mercati di Traiano + exhibition Viaggio nel Colosseo - Magical charm of a monument: Full € 11.50, reduced € 9.50. For citizens resident in the territory of Roma Capitale (by showing valid document proving residence): Full € 9.50, reduced € 7.50 unless supplemented if there is another exhibition.
