There is no doubt that Rotella represents the consecration of Calabria in the world of contemporary art, and it is important that the artist first wanted to leave a mark in his homeland by establishing the House of Memory."
Catanzaro will not be the only city to celebrate Rotella: Rome will also hold, at the National Gallery of Modern Art, a monographic retrospective to be held from October 30, 2018 to February 10, 2019.

Corigliano, in this regard, stressed, “The realization of two exhibition moments, in Catanzaro and Rome, allows us to live the celebrations of the artist’s centenary by looking at his training in Calabria and his definitive success in the national and international sphere, as the review hosted in Rome will demonstrate.”
