The exhibition “From Raphael to Canova, Valadier to Balla. Art in One Hundred Masterpieces from the National Academy of San Luca” has been extended. Curated by Vittorio Sgarbi and set up, as the title suggests, in the spaces of theAccademia di San Luca in Perugia, the exhibition was supposed to end on Sept. 30, but, given its success, it will remain open until Nov. 4.
Giuseppe Depretis, president of the CariPerugia Arte Foundation, the exhibition’s organizer, commented, "The exhibition has achieved an extraordinary result, we had to try to leave it available to our community and all enthusiasts for as long as possible. So I thank the willingness of the Academy and its President Gianni Dessì who allowed us to extend its closure."
