Visitors to the Vittoriale degli Italiani will immerse themselves in an exhibition where the protagonists will be the sense of smell and sight.
It is the exhibition"D’Annunzio and the Art of Perfume. Odorarius Mirabilis," which can be visited from April 14, 2018 to January 27, 2019 at the Secret D’Annunzio Museum.
The exhibition was conceived by Paola Goretti who was in charge of the literary part, Maurizio Dallanese who was in charge of the graphic part of the perfume, Lisa Costantini who was in charge of coordinating the project, and Pierluigi Pizzi who was in charge of the installation.
The exposione is thelast stage of a project that saw the birth of a line of perfumes inspired by the Vate; four fragrances that create a link with his literary masterpieces: Aqua Nunzia, vision of the ancient; Ermione, spiritual joy; Divina Musa, irradiation of mystery; and Il Piacere, hymn to voluptuousness.
The President of the Il Vittoriale degli Italiani Foundation, Giordano Bruno Guerri, says he is satisfied with this project.
Also satisfied was Marco Vidal, Mavive Commercial Director and Managing Director of The Merchant of Venice, who said, “This is a wonderful project that has thrilled me as never before. D’Annunzio is an extraordinary and complex figure, the bearer of a style capable of always fascinating and surprising. Giordano Bruno Guerri has been able to capture this great potential and has given a vitality to the Vittoriale worthy of D’Annunzio’s time. We return Perfume to the Vate, as it was always present in his life, and through the exhibition the entire olfactory universe of the Poet, the Dandy, the Warrior and the Perfumer d’Annunzio will be reconstructed.”
