An exhibition entirely dedicated to Claude Monet, among the leading exponents ofImpressionism, will open to the public on October 19, 2017.
It will be the Complesso del Vittoriano - Ala Brasini that will host until February 11, 2018 about sixty works from the Musée Marmottan Monet: works that Monet kept in his home in Giverny and that his son Michel donated to the museum.
Visitors will be able to admire the famous rural and urban landscapes of London, Paris, and Vétheuil depicted by the artist, the many paintings dedicated to the flowers in his garden, his famous Japanese bridge, as well as his Water Lilies.
The exhibition is curated by Marianne Mathieu.
