Milan, thirteenth edition of Photofestival kicks off

From April 24 to June 30, in Milan, there will be the thirteenth edition of Photofestival event dedicated to fine art photography, promoted by AIF - Associazione Italiana Foto & Digital Imaging.
This year the festival boasts the artistic direction of Roberto Mutti, while the formula is the well-established winning one: a quality photographic proposal (including established authors, high-level professionals but also newcomers) distributed over two months and placed in traditional galleries and exhibition spaces, in the new spaces opened in recent years and in places involved for the occasion, as well as in the prestigious places in Milan called the "Palazzi della Fotografia."

"Innovation Knowledge History " is this year’s theme. Three elements that characterize the reality and the future of the city that hosts our festival: the tension toward the new at any level, the effort of cultural and scientific deepening, but also the strong link with the historical legacy.

The catalog, printed in a bilingual Italian and English version, will be distributed in exhibition spaces and in the most important places of Milanese cultural dissemination. The complete program can be found at www.milanophotofestival.it
