Michela Cattai's blown glass works on display at Palazzo Querini in Venice


On the occasion of Venice Glass Week, Palazzo Querini in Venice will host the blown glass works of Michela Cattai.

On the occasion of the second edition of The Venice Glass Week, an international festival dedicated to the art of glassmaking, to be held from September 9 to 16, 2018, Michela Cattai’s exhibition"Chiaroscuro" will be on view at Palazzo Querini in Venice.

Works in Murano blown glass, unique pieces created in collaboration with master glassmaker Andrea Zilio, will be on display. The artist also introduces bronze in her works, recovered from the waste burrs of the historic Fonderia Battaglia in Milan, creating a dialogue between the two materials.
