MA-EC Gallery opens a virtual exhibition on the dialogue between Western culture and Chinese culture

MA-EC Gallery is offering, until June 12, a virtual exhibition entitled The Thread of Turandot that aims to show a dialogue between Western and Chinese cultures, as the Gallery has always been very attentive to the phenomena of cultural contamination between West and East.

The exhibition takes the form of a reading path, a glimmer to explore a different world, manifests the desire to approach and understand each other.

The three artists selected for the first edition of The Thread of Turandot series are Maomin Chen, Huiming Hu and Shuai Peng.

In their works one can discern a continuous dialogue with their culture of origin and a sensitive attention to the great questions of our time. In their research one can perceive the confluence of the two distant realities, that of origin and that of election.

They are Chinese artists of the new generation, active in the international sphere of contemporary art. They investigate the meaning of freedom, solitude and the contradictions between truths generated from different, sometimes opposing points of view. Their creations are imbued with this cultural duality and arise from deep reflection on an ideal continuous flow between past and future, East and West.

To see the virtual exhibition all you have to do is visit the official MA-EC Gallery website.
