Extended until Jan. 27, 2019, the exhibition The Other Gallery. Works from the Deposits of the National Gallery of Umbria. The exhibition was a great success with the public

Given the great success with the public and critics, the exhibition The Other Gallery has been extended until January 27, 2019. Works from the Deposits of the National Gallery of Umbria. An exhibition that celebrates the centenary of the National Gallery of Umbria in Perugia and presents the public with a fine selection of works, ranging between the 13th and 16th centuries, taken from the deposits or rarely exhibited, in some cases even for the first time.

Also on Saturday, January 5, at 6 p.m., there is a free guided tour Discovering The Other Gallery. Works from the deposits of the National Gallery of Umbria. Visitors will be guided to discover the secret treasures returned to their splendor after careful restoration. It will then be possible to witness live the restoration work on some of the works on display in the space equipped as a workshop specially set up for the exhibition: the public will be able to visit the “open construction site” and learn about the delicate stages of restoration.
For Sunday, January 13, at 5 p.m., free guided tours are offered for families with children, an enjoyable playful-educational itinerary inside the exhibition.
