Elliott Erwitt's icons are on display in Rome

Elliott Erwitt Icons, the exhibition curated by Biba Giacchetti that displays photographic portraits of Che Guevara, Marlene Dietrich and the famous series dedicated to Marilyn Monroe by Elliot Erwitt, is back.

After Pavia and Milan, the exhibition moves to Rome, more precisely to WeGil where it will be open from Feb. 22 to May 17.

Seventy of the master’s most famous shots will be on display at the exhibition, including California Kiss, in which the master’s most romantic vein emerges.

Promoted by the Lazio Region and organized by LAZIOcrea in collaboration with SudEst57, the exhibition has a catalog in which each photograph is accompanied by a dialogue between Elliott Erwitt and Biba Giacchetti through which to discover the secrets, adventures and meaning of each one.

For all information you can visit the official WeGil website.
