An exhibition in Rome tells the story of Bvlgari

Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and Palazzo Venezia are hosting until November 3, 2019 the exhibition Bvlgari, the Story, the Dream.

Bvlgari, the story, the dream is the exhibition being held in Rome between Castel Sant’Angelo and Palazzo Venezia from June 25 to November 3, 2019. The exhibition tells the story of the well-known Bvlgari brand, from a small family-run business founded in 1884, when silversmith Sotirio Bulgari moved from Greece to the capital ofItaly, to a symbol of Made in Italy luxury.

The exhibition displays never-before-seen pieces carefully selected by Lucia Boscaini, Bvlgari Brand and Heritage Curator, and Chiara Ottaviano, curator of the show. Space will also be given to the jewelry worn by divas such as Elisabeth Taylor, Gina Lollobrigida, Ingrid Bergman, Anna Magnani and Audrey Hepburn.

To better tell the story of the well-known brand, the exhibition is enriched by unpublished archival documents, period photos and films and is accompanied by a catalog published by Rizzoli, on sale at the two museum venues and in major bookstores around the world.
