An exhibition at Bari's Castello Svevo to mark the 40th anniversary of Bowie's Heroes

From June 9 to July 2, 2017, the Castello Svevo in Bari will be the setting for the exhibition"David Bowie & Masayoshi Sukita: Heroes - 40th Anniversary" on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Heroes album.

As part of the Medimex: International Festival & Music Conference, the most significant shots - 23 of which have never been seen in Italy - of the photo session that David Bowie and Iggy Pop took in 1977 in front of Sukita’s lens will be on display: it was from this session that the cover image of the Heroes album was taken.

Iggy Pop is expected on Saturday, June 10, in Prefecture Square for the only date of his world tour.
