Routine maintenance work for one of Rome's most famous fountains: the Trevi Fountain. Closed the area of the Fountain of the Lovers until July 17.

The Trevi Fountain underwent maintenance work yesterday to remove biological patina and weeds, clean surfaces, and wash the access and seating stairs.

From July 10 to 17, the area of the Fountain of the Lovers will not be accessible to carry out a more thorough cleaning.
