The moon over the Colosseum: guided night tours throughout the summer

The Moon over the Colosseum returns again this year: until October 31, 2018, every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday it will be possible to visit the Colosseum at night.

Starting from the arena floor, from where you will notice the dungeons, tunnels and inner arcades, and where you will learn about the history and architecture of the monument, dwelling on the shows, gladiator duels and hunts, you will reach the dungeons.
Here you will walk through the places where gladiators and beasts awaited public entry.

The tour will end with the second order of the monument to admire the view of theArch of Constantine and the colonnade of the Temple of Venus.

The tour will be guided and will begin at 8 p.m.; the last possible entry will be at 10:40 p.m.
It will last 75 minutes and will be held in Italian and English.
