For the fourth consecutive year, PARMA 360 Festival of Contemporary Creativity enlivens Parma’s cultural spring with a rich program of exhibitions, installations and events that show a 360-degree look at the Italian contemporary creativity system and a focus on emerging creativity.
Waiting to kick off the celebrations of Parma Italian Capital of Culture 2020, the fourth edition of the festival dedicated to Italian contemporary creativity and the emerging art scene kicks off, which aims to encourage and popularize contemporary art and youth creativity with initiatives that encourage the participation and involvement of a wide and heterogeneous audience, with particular attention to the new generations and families.
PARMA 360 also celebrates the Five Hundredth Anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci with a palimpsest of exhibitions that aim to evoke Leonardo’s creative and technological legacy, privileging the research of those artists who still continue to amaze us today for the experimentation of their expressive technique and for their investigation in different fields, such as science, technology and perception, and for their ability to innovate in a simple but creative way.
The initiative, under the artistic direction and curatorship of Camilla Mineo and Chiara Canali, is organized by the associations 360° Creativity Events and Art Company, with the support of the City of Parma and a wide network of public and private partners.
