Rome Art Week is back: October 22-27, 2018


October 22-27, 2018 Rome Art Week returns to the capital: initiatives, exhibitions, events, open studios, projects for this third edition.

Rome Art Week returns from October 22 to 27, 2018. Now in its third edition, Rome Art Week 2018 aims to give an innovative boost to the promotion, production and market of contemporary art in the capital.

154 galleries, foundations, cultural institutes and academies will be present at the event; 322 artists will participate and 30 curators will guide the public through the 430 organized initiatives. Participants will open their spaces for free, offering visitors exhibitions, events, open studios and projects. Free guided tours will also be organized throughout the event.



On Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the T24 space, the exhibition"Where Water Rests" paying homage to Paolo Aita will take place; Friday, October 26, 2018 from 8 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Borgo Ripa will be RAW Night! With the participation of Miami New Media Festival 2018, the winning works of the festival will be screened and the exhibition Floating - suspended art, curated by Valentina Ferrari, will be opened.

Rome Art Week is promoted by KOU - Non-profit Association for the Promotion of Visual Arts and is part of the program of Contemporaneamente Roma 2018.
