From July 30 to August 28, 2019, the Paestum Archaeological Park will enchant the public with the In Canto festival dedicated to poetry.

From July 30 to August 28, 2019, the Paestum Archaeological Park will offer the public the In Canto festival, which will take place in the spaces of the archaeological area.

Ten big names of the national and international cultural scene will be the protagonists of the planned events: artists from the world of literature, theater, art and criticism who have in common a love for poetry and the eternal enchantment it evokes.

Among the names are Davide Rondoni, Angelo Petrella, Francesca Bellino, Ivan Tresoldi, Mirella Monaco, Silvio Ramat, Mimmo Borrelli, and Roberto Del Gaudio.

In Canto in fact plays on the role of poetic verse suspended between literal meaning and surprise in/singing.

It is a project of the Alfonso Gatto Foundation, supported by Scabec in collaboration with the Paestum Archaeological Park, directed by Gabriel Zuchtriegel.
