Admission to museums is free and does not require reservations. Guided tours and activities are free, but reservations are required. When booking, only one appointment can be reserved during the day for a maximum of 5 people. Young people and adults are offered free guided tours by reservation to Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Santa Maria Novella and Murate complexes (and current exhibitions), the Auschwitz Memorial and the Museo Novecento, where it is possible to visit the major exhibition dedicated to British artist Jenny Saville. Palazzo Medici Riccardi is also home to the ongoing exhibition Benozzo Gozzoli and the Chapel of the Magi, dedicated to the Renaissance master and his relationship with Florence and the Medici family. Families with children are instead addressed by the activities The Tale of the Tortoise with a Sail and Court in Celebration (Palazzo Vecchio Museum), the painting workshop Figure (Museo Novecento) and the art workshop In the Workshop, Gilding (Palazzo Medici Riccardi).
