June 5 sees the return of free Sundays at state museums and cultural sites

Like every first Sunday of the month,free admission to state museums, archaeological parks and cultural sites returns on Sunday, June 5. In the monthly appointment with free culture for everyone will thus be able to access the monuments, museums, galleries, parks, and monumental gardens of the state. A list, updated in real time, of the many places that can be visited is published on the Ministry of Culture website, from Abruzzo to Veneto, from Gabriele d’Annunzio’s Birthplace Museum in Pescara to the Museum of Palazzo Grimani in Venice. Also, the archaeological area of Vetulonia, the National Arrcheological Museum of Cagliari, Castel del Monte, the Monumental Complex of the Castle and Park of Racconigi, the Castle of Civitacampomarano, the Fortress of Gradara, the Ducal Palace of Mantua, the National Galleries of Palazzo Spinola, Villa Adriana and Villa d’Este, the Historical Museum and Park of Miramare Castle, the National Museum of Ravenna, the Park and Tomb of Virgil, the Archaeological Museum and Park of Ancient Kaulon, and the Temple of the Palatine Tables.

Visits will take place during the sites’ regular opening hours and will take place in full compliance with security measures. Some sites can be visited by reservation only.
