Juliet's famous balcony will be restored next fall

Juliet’s Balcony in Verona is getting a makeover: the Verona-based company Tecnored will provide free restoration of the famous monument that is visited by thousands of visitors every year.

The restoration will start in the fall to avoid the large influx of tourists; in the meantime, a team of restorers is carrying out a series of technical and scientific tests with complex machinery for static tests, to investigate materials and to study the latest non-invasive conservation techniques.
