Through Jan. 16, 2022, the Church of Santo Stefano al Ponte in Florence hosts Inside Dalí, the immersive show dedicated to the master of Surrealism Salvador Dalí. Developed with the support of the GALA SALVADOR DALÍ Foundation, the immersive experience centers around the life of the celebrated artist, offering audiences a mix of cutting-edge technology, images, illusions and allusions. A 400-square-meter 360-degree multimedia space preceded by a large museum area, where visitors can enjoy Dalí’s ingenuity.
Following the success of the weekends in October, seven more events are planned in November (Fridays and Saturdays) where it will be possible to enjoy the multisensory experience until 8 p.m. (last possible entry at 7 p.m.). To enable more visitors to access the immersive space, visiting hours have also been extended on Sundays with closing at 7 p.m. (last possible entry at 6 p.m.). During the rest of the week from Monday to Thursday, the exhibition will follow the usual hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last access at 5 p.m.). On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the special discount for the under-30s will remain for the entire month of November, who will enter the exhibition with a discounted ticket of 8 euros (the ticket for adults costs 13 euros). On Thursdays, the over-50s will enter at the discounted price of 8 euros.
On Saturday, Nov. 20, there will also be a special event with influencer Virginia di Giorgio, aka Virgola: the Sicilian illustrator, Florentine by adoption, who with her multimedia content between drawings and stories has attracted the attention of more than 180 thousand people on her Instagram profile alone. Starting at 5 p.m., visitors will be able to watch Virginia di Giorgio’s live performance inside the exhibition, at the end of which there will be a meeting with followers.
