The Magical Christmas at Court program continues at the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche in Urbino (Nov. 26 to Dec. 17): every Sunday workshops and entertainment for families and younger visitors. Visitors can discover Renaissance sweets, crafts of the time, learn how nativity scenes and Christmas decorations were made in the past, and, of course, go on a discovery tour ofRenaissance art preserved in the rooms of the Ducal Palace in Urbino. Plus, archery workshops and games for young and old.
In addition, on Friday, December 8, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Ducal Palace will be the scene of the historical re-enactment of the living Renaissance nativity scene with a procession accompanied by court musicians.
