In search of your doppelganger...artistic in Modena's Galleria Estense

From September 13 to 29, 2019, the Galleria Estense in Modena offers its visitors the chance to find their own look-alike among the portraits that belong to the gallery’s collection.

Until Sept. 29, in fact, the Personart Cabin, an installation that recalls the shape of an automatic photo booth, will be placed inside the museum premises, precisely in room 21: all you have to do is enter the booth, have your photo taken and wait for the print of your own...artistic doppelganger. Visiting the Estense Gallery in search of your doppelganger will be fun. Once found, simply take a selfie in the company of the portrait and post it with the hashtag #Personart.

The software was developed by the Modena Department of Engineering in collaboration with the management and curators of the Estense Gallery.

On the occasion of FestivalFilosofia, which runs from September 13 to 15, 2019, admission to the Galleria Estense will be free of charge following these hours: Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, September 15 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
