Following is the synopsis: “2018. Milan Museum of Cultures. A young student indulges in a day of solitude at the Museum. The exhibition that day is dedicated to Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. The Myth of the artist who made her body and personal events into a work of Art is both attractive and destabilizing. Yet for the young student, this encounter represents something more. Through the crack of a canvas, the girl takes a journey into another world, animated by the sounds, thoughts, objects and words of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. It is the realm of the Woman who lives beyond the Myth of the Artist.”
Produced by Pleiadi Art Productions and Campsirago Residenza, the show is inspired by Frida Kahlo ’s letters and stars Chiara Ameglio and Maria Dolores Marrero, directed by Mariasofia Alleva.
