Great Art at the Movies: Canaletto film event in Venice

Another appointment with La Grande Arte al Cinema: from November 27-29, the event film"Canaletto a Venezia" dedicated to Antonio Canal, known as Canaletto, will arrive in Italian cinemas.

It will tour the Venetian artist’s works of art preserved at the Royal Collections and access the two official royal residences, Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
In addition, viewers will have the pleasure of visiting the places so beloved by Canaletto’s contemporaries and depicted in the artist’s own views.

Curators from the Royal Collection Trust and leading experts on the history of the city of Venice will serve as guides.

“Canaletto in Venice” was directed by David Bickerstaff in collaboration with Phil Grabsky and is distributed in Italy by Nexo Digital with media partners Sky arte HD and MYmovies.it
