On Friday, January 31 and Friday, February 7, 2020, there will be free guided tours, organized by the Carivit Foundation, of Palazzo Brugiotti and the Carivit Foundation Picture Gallery in Viterbo.

This is an opportunity to discover the history of the Brugiotti family and the palace erected in the city’s historic center at the end of the 16th century at the behest of Cardinal Alessandro Farnese. The ancient building houses the Carivit Foundation’s Quadreria, which brings together works by Matteo Giovannetti, Cesare Nebbia, Giovan Francesco Romanelli, Domenico Corvi, Marco Benefial, Anton Angelo Bonifazi and other significant artists from Viterbo or linked to the city.

Guided tours will take place in two shifts: mornings at 11 a.m. and afternoons at 5 p.m. To participate, reservations are required by writing to museoceramicatuscia@fondazionecarivit.it, calling 0761 223674 or directly at the Tuscia Museum of Ceramics. Meeting point for the free guided tours will be right at the Museum of Tuscia Ceramics, about ten minutu before the tours begin.
