Special openings at Villa Bardini are plannedevery Sunday in August and on Ferragosto day: the Florentine Villa will therefore have free admission on August 4, 11, 15, 18, and 25, and the exhibition A passi di danza: Isadora Duncan can also be visited free of charge.

This is the first exhibition in Italy dedicated to the American dancer, staged at Villa Bardini until September 22, 2019. Through paintings, sculptures and documents, including unpublished photographs, for a total of about 170 pieces on view on the two floors of Villa Bardini and in a special section of the large sculptures at the Museo Stefano Bardini, the public can trace the connection of the founder of modern dance with Italy and the Italian figurative arts and her influence around the world.

In addition, from Villa Bardini it is possible to enjoy a striking view of the city of Florence.
